  • I had a hip replacement last summer and I have become slow, my fear is falling and getting hurt. I logically think I cant hurt my hip but its a big fear.

    • It’s an understandable fear! This is a case where working with somebody who can help you test the limits of your abilities SAFELY will be very important. That way you can approach things with knowledge rather than fear!
