Episode #3: Scarcity, FOMO, and Sparkly Things

In today’s episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why INaction is a form of action, and why it can be a COMFORTING action to take…no action.
  • Why having more information is not necessarily the way forward when it comes to having better training and handling skills.
  • Why the scarcity mindset has you trapped, how it keeps you from REALLY getting the results you want when it comes to your training and handling, and how to get out of the cycle of scarcity leading to anxiety leading to apathy leading to inaction leading to the same results you’re already getting.

  • I recently ( yesterday) listened to all 3 of your podcasts as I drove to the Wild West regionals….feeling inadequate as our start lines have been questionable ( read not happening) lately. Wow! Each episode resonated with my mindset so much….feeling inadequate, actively being inactive, telling myself I don’t care! So all day today when those thoughts crept in I told myself they’re just thoughts and found the courage to move past them. No we weren’t perfect today but my mindset has changed I know my challenge and am ready to tackle it!
